Krabi

Krabi province has a large variety of cuisine, and we did our best to try most of it! During the week we enjoyed more amazing food and would like to share a handful of the experiences with you.

There are two lookout points in Krabi province that are high enough to look out over the many giant limestone rock formations.  One is Dragon Crest Mountain, which is north of Ao Nang, and the other is the Tiger Cave Temple Mountain, which is south. Guess which one we chose to climb?

Remember from our previous blog that we opted not to visit the famous Maya Bay on Koh Phi Phi Lei?  That’s because we had plans to visit Hong Island, which is just as beautiful, less known, and you can swim there!

Railay Beach is located on a small peninsula south of Ao Nang.  It is cut off from the surrounding area by the towering limestone cliffs, so this impressive spot can only be accessed by boat.   

Ao Nang is a charming beach town located in the province of Krabi, Southern Thailand. While a relatively small beach retreat, it is gifted with natural beauty and lots to keep you busy.
